Doing my shakedown cruise Saturday afternoon at Folsom lake, then taking the family out for a ride on Sunday. Supposed to be nice both days!

How was mother delta? My family has a place near bethel island, we will be heading down there several times this summer. Can't beat the delta for skiing and cruising.

One word - fantastic. I started another post at http://mastercraft.com/teamtalk/showthread.php?t=53806 because I felt like I was somewhat off topic on the OP's thread.

Did you get out on Folsom. How was it?

We were out there Sunday as well. Launched at sugar barge on bethel island, cruised down to discovery bay for a late lunch and headed back. The water was beautiful and it was pretty dead out there for a Sunday afternoon. We launched around 10 and headed back around 5.

It was a beautiful day on the water and nice to be on the boat for the first time is season.

I added a photo for visual proof we were out there.

The sight of the trailer parking lot at Orwood scared the crap out of me. Lots of trailers. When out on the delta, I was wondering where all those boats were.

Folsom was great, we went out Sunday morning, on the water by 930. The water was smooth and it wasn't crowded at all. We packed it in around 1pm, the Granite Bay launch ramp was BUSY, and at the entry gate, there was a loooong line of cars and trailers waiting to get in. Guess boating season is here! Going out again this Sunday. Here's photo evidence:

Debris

I was out at Rattle Snake Bar a couple of weeks ago and the stick and wood debris was pretty bad. Any improvement?
