unfortunately waterski america sold it to him... i saw it there in person. fantastic looking boat! lose the red graphics though.. black graphics would be a stark contrast to the flake!

Great looking boat for sure. Curious, did you use a shipping company to move the boat? And if so, how was your experience? Decent pricing?

I used Uship and everything went well. I paid $1350 to have it shipped. I had bids as low as $1200 but they weren't as highly rated as the guy I went with (Uship ID Muddslinger). The guy towed it with a diesel pickup. I couldn't fly there, rent a truck and pay gas for much less or do a round trip myself. Plus I want to spend vacation days on the boat not in my SUV.

Shipping on a Flatbed would have been around $2000.

Great looking boat. Love the silver flake. I just completed a 1,120 round trip for mine, and loved the trip. But 2,400 round trip miles for you......uship was certainly the way to go.

It showed up this past Friday after a 1200 mile journey from Ft Worth to Cleveland. I bought from Waterski America. They were good guys to work with even if they are a Malibu Dealer. I also had it Surveyed by Hank Levine. He did a good job verifying that it was in as nice of condition as WA said it was.

Many thanks to those of you who post on the forum. The forum was very helpful in my search. I continue to find it helpful as I'm figuring out my new toy. I'm making the move from IO to V drive. My former boat's a 97 Checkmate Convincor 220 w/ 454. It's for sale if anyone's in the market for that style boat. I owned it for 14 years. It was great boat but it didn't Slalom or Wakeboard very well. It also only holds 6 people because of the cuddy.

OK, bring on the warm weather.
Same boat before logo change (see first link) - second link is with new red logo...

search post by "BTV" (previous owner)... That is a great boat - I almost purchased from him last year...
