I am done for year

Skiied and wakeboarded for the final time until who knows when. I nursed a torn upper abdominal muscle for 4 weeks during summer and some other health issues showed up about the same time...the jist of of it is that after numerous tests this 37 yeard old athlete is being hospitalized this Thursday and having a pacemaker installed and being cardioverted out of a-fib.....hence, am done for the year. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Lovae this place, thanks guys.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Take care of yourself and you'll be out ripping it up next year.

Take care, coup and regroup, refocus on yourself and your health. Nothing else is important. These are some pretty serious health issues for 37 year old. Take care and keep us posted. You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Prayers sent your way. That stinks you had to end the season that way. Just take the off season and get plenty of rest.

You'll be back soon. My wife had a mitral valve replacement about 3 yrs ago, at your age.
This is her 2nd season back boarding and surfing.
Hang in there.
