Manifold paint bubbling on mcx engine?

I just bought an 03 x2 today with the mcx engine. I noticed the paint on the sides of both exhaust headers/manifolds was peeling/curling. Is this normal?

It will be burned off near the exh ports but should not de-lam from the manifolds.
Not normal but not detrimental other than appearance.
Just scrape n sand it down and re paint.
