Loose ignition switch in 2000 PS205V?

Hi All.. Just got a 2000 Prostar 205V last weekend. The ignition switch is loose.. What is the best way to get to the back side of the switch so I can tighten it up? Has someone posted pics showing how to remove the dash?

Dash removal was super easy.. Pop the three plastic pieces on the top & remove two screws on the bottom.. Thanks for the welcome, mikeg205.. Pretty psyched to have this boat.
