Is this 91 Prostar 200 worth it?

Looking at buying this 1991 Prostar 200. Here is the add and some pictures. Is this a good price? Also looking at Jims 2006 Prostar 190 with the 8.1L Big Block.
"1991 MasterCraft Pro Star 200 with 1991 Yamaha Pro V 200 HP outboard motor. Excellent boat for fun on the water. Boat has been stored inside the majority of its life and has been well-maintained. Includes snap-on cover, as well as tie-down trailer cover. The kids are grown and we just haven't been using it like we used to."

I am parcel to the big block. I grew up behind a 85 SS with a 454 that my uncle still has. That I will get one day.

Outboard boat value has a lot to do with the value of the engine, so the mechanical shape of that plant is pretty important, those outboards are a good thing to have inspected.
Bear in mind that is the smaller older prostar 190. It is not a large boat.

That '06 is an entirely different animal.
