96 ProStar 205 Driver Seat

Can someone take a picture of the underside of the their seat cushion for me? I ask because it seems like mine is missing a piece. If I sit towards the edge of the seat it will fall off the mount basically. I'm wondering if there is supposed to be a clip or something towards the backside that holds it down. I'd take a pic of mine but for once I'm in CA and the boat is actually back in MN where it belongs!

The bracket holding the seat rails to the bottom has probably come loose or broke. Or bolts holding mating rail to pedestal loose or broke...

The rails are fine, the seat frame is solid to the boat. It's just the cushion you sit on. That's what I was wondering about, if there is a clip or something on the cushion it's missing. If I take the cushion off the frame doesn't move (other than the amount it's supposed to forward and backwards.

No clip on bottom cushion...friction fit only... foam may be worn so it loose..

Mine has a small cleat 4-3/4" from the front edge of the frame the cushion is built on.

Thanks guys. Mine looks the same as Table Rocker's so I'm assuming like Mike said it must just be so worn it's loose. I'll have to do some investigating and see if I can add something to make it harder to come out.

On my seat, you have to push the cushion into the seat and it kind of squeezes under the padding for the back and sides. You might check and see if you could move you cleat closer to the front holding the cushion farther back.
