Went through this not to long ago. In short look for a local shop via the yellow pages and get some quotes. The local master craft dealer suggested I go this route. To give you an idea the best quote and the one I went with was 300 even for new Bimini and Bimini cover.

Can't help you on a boat cover...

Skiboatcovers.com. Get the sunbrella, you won't be disappointed.

I second Skiboatcovers.com. I had them make a wrap for my Bimini which covers the speakers as well. I can post a picture later today if required.

My boat ('04 X2) is currently hooked on my truck heading to the upholstery shop this morning (thanks to my wife) to have new fabric put on our bimini frame. We went and picked out fabric (Sunbrella) & the color, he ordered and will set up frame to take proper measurements and get made up. His quote was $225-250 depending on which fabric we went with.

call around to local shops is what we did after searching the internet and not being able to find proper measurements that matched up to our frame for any better price.

If it's a factory bimini, it was most likely manufactured for MasterCraft by Great Lakes Boat Top Company in TN. You can order just the bimini top replacement fabric (Sunbrella) directly from them. You'll need to provide them with the HIN for them to match it. Give them a call or click on the link on the web page for a quote. They make the mooring covers as well.

destroyed??? the fabric or the frame? If your frame is still okay, see my post earlier on getting new fabric installed.
