I'm sure you can find a motor spec'ed to the RTP for very very close to it. There shouldn't be a need to change out the ECM or the FI system.

Maybe they can discount it since you have some of the parts?

Also I would reference this:

I'm thinking there must be a similar automotive application of the intake manifold. Have you contact indmar for alternatives?
