How much cutting did you do for the 7.7 JLs to fit?

Not much. I went from the 6.5 to the 7.7 and all it took was a steady hand and a jig saw. Cutting the vinyl and padding is easy with a good utility knife. But since I'm no Chip Foose I decided to pay someone else.

I went even farther installing my 10" jl sub right in the walk through. I bought an infinite baffle sub so even though its somewhat enclosed with the area behind the observer seat, its not sealed. Infinite baffle needs no enclosure. There was never a hole there and now there's a sweet 10" sub that looks factory installed and is out of the way.
