Looks like my bid of $7,500 is not too far off.

Bring 7 Benjamins and a Grant - hold back the grant... to let the negotiation feel like a win win... I bet the bearings in the trailer need work too.... check the tires for year of manufacture.. then put the grant in your pocket..

$8,500 is a steal for that boat. I don't care what the interior looks like. Red 94, LT1, Slot. 675 hours. Wow!

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

I was close with mine, blue (and pink ) LT1, 1:1, 429 hours...tandem trailer and a sweet varnished swim platform!

I love how he brags about it being a one owner boat! Basically saying "I ****ed this boat up."

I can give a couple examples of 190s of this era that I was looking closely at about this time last year:

- 1994 ProStar 190 with LT1 & slot. 1900 hours, but the boat was perfect. Super clean. Double axle dorsey trailer also perfect. Owner wouldn't budge from $10k. I offered $9500, no good.
- 1993 ProStar 190 with the 240HP standard Ford. 450 hours. Standard trailer with a little rust, but the boat hull & interior were just about perfect. Owner had a pretty good case of MC-OCD. $10,750.

Good luck.

I agree ... I'd buy it in a minute if I had another slip ... Interiors are easy to reskin ... Having a red one with the LT1 motor ... Buy it
