Can't wait for Summer!

Here are a couple of pics that I took today. The first is my playground.......overlooking the Columbia River from about 1100' above. The next is a brand new boat launch that is being constructed. the local Public Utility District is picking up the $20 million dollar renovation of the park and launch. This is a shot of the brand new ramp and docks that have never been touched by a boat. This makes me super anxious for Summer and warm weather! Come on Summer!

Wow, I feel sorry for you.

(Said no one on this forum ever)

Seriously, looks fantastic! Was there any access to that part of the river before that new ramp?

Tri-Where on the Columbia is that? I've always thought Boardman would be a great spot, no people, always glass when I drive by and HOT!

Looks great! Is there any camping around that area? I am also curious what part of the Columbia this is from.

The new dock is located at Desert Aire, WA (Central WA). There was just your basic concrete launch before, no dock, off to the side of the new launch......this is a huge improvement. Super excited. This is North of Boardman by probably 40 miles (up river).
