I purchased the Clarion M309 and installed it myself last summer. It does have the USB input so that your iphone or whatever usb device you use can charge while you use it. It also has muliple outputs for powered and unpowered subs and such. Has the regular 1/8" aux input too. This head unit works well

I have the Clarion M309 as well and as turbozinke points out, it will charge thru the USB connection on the back of the unit. If you have an older dash remote you'd like to use with it, you'll need a conversion cable to go from 6-pin to 8-pin.

I think I've decided on the M502. Has all the features I'm looking for and is very minimalist in design. My style. Anyone running it?
