Where are all the hurricane damaged boats?
Still looking for a motor solution for my Prostar 209. Seems like all the decent options I have are digital throttle, which will require me to change my gauges and computer to digital also.
I've been googling all over trying to see if i can find a totaled pre-2003 310 predator, LTR or MCX that would just drop into my boat, but have had no luck finding a MC, BU or Tige that has a similar powerplant. I figured with that storm that hit Jersey last year there might be some out there. Last edited by 46Chief; 03-21-2013 at 04:03 PM. |

Don't know about Hurricane Sandy boats but I just got in an 2010 Infiniti G37X with 6900 miles that a local insurance adjuster bought from NY and Hurricane Sandy flood car auction for 4k and brought to Houston, he thought he got a smoking deal. The car would not start so he replaced the BCM and programmed new keys still no joy, tows it to us and his TCM is not communicating hence no park or neutral signal so it will never start, it needs a new transmission assy at the right o price of about 17k, not to mention all the salt damage that's already on the undercarriage, I hate working on rusty cars...
