Sundeck on a 1996 Prostar

My backseat was toast so i rebuilt the base out of 2x12's. Thing is super heavy, but I'd challenge someone to break it by standing on it. (Don't worry I polyed the crap out of it and will be happy if it lasts more than 3 seasons) Plus I won't store it on the boat.

There are two metal clips on the bottom of the seat and on the side of the boat at the bottom. This was for a set of bungie style cords to keep the 'sunpad' in place. Mine are missing and I do not use them. With that said never run your boat or tailer the boat with the seat in the sunpad position as it will blow out!

You can get shock cord from rei etc to do the trick. I lost my rear seat from not having those clips on. Be careful
