As in all posts like this - the truth lies in the middle - I don't like the title of the thread...either. Unfortunately in every industry a sales cycle goes awry and a prospective customer gets treated poorly. Something went wrong in the conversation - but the issue was with the dealer and prospect not this brand. It also could have been an issue with an employee not the dealer...either way it's too bad the experience went south.
The last thing anyone needs is a poor experience when plunking down big $$$ for something that's supposed to be fun.
