Yet another example of you get what you pay for in both performance and support...
Got to give a big thumbs up to Wet Sounds!!! Had a hassle free experience with them taking care of a cosmetic issue. Everytime I've dealt with them in the past for sales or tech they've been more than helpful and pleasant. Got to say it is nice to see a company that is equally as pleasant and quick to act when it comes to standing behind their product!!! I am happy to say that after my two additional purchases this past week, all of the speakers in my boat are now Wet Sounds with the only exception being the sub. Based on the prior listening experience of my XS-650s, I'm sure that the new upgrades to the tower speakers will wrap up one of, if not THE best performing audio system on the lake. I've always had great experiences dealing with them. Tim is always really helpful and Gyver spent lots of time on the phone helping me diagnose a noise issue in my system last year that we traced back to the ws420. They rma'd it with no hassle. I also had a bolt get stuck in my rev10 swivel mounts, and they sent a new mount out immediately.

same they have overnighted me a replacement syn6 so we could have a stereo for my bday last summer!
