Guess the first shown Monster was not mounted wrongly but is kind of collapsed backwards to save some clearance for towing.

Regarding PS 190 hull (old one) I don't think it looks that bad having a properly installed Monster on it (beside on a PS there shouldn't be any tower if used for what it was designed for = skiing).

I contend that this one is still the worst of all time. Nothing on a modern boat can contend to doiong this to a classic. Though at least they read the directions and put it on with the parts connected porperly. It's just SOOO out of place...

My entry. This is a local PS on CL.

Subtract $1k (minimum) for having to remove tower, fix gel, buy new tower and install.

Did someone hire the handicapped to install? Tow point inverted, W*F?
backtroller?

This is how we bought our 205---the first season it was ours we kept the "fugly" tower only for the bimini----got a new bimini and actually sold the tower on ski it again---I was shocked it sold!! I figured it would sit in the shed for years...

I really, really like what they've done with the tower. They put a very nice boat under it.

I suppose if you planned on selling the tower, and were capable of repairing the holes (not too difficult), you would end up with a great boat.
