New Bimini Top

I just got my bimini top for my PS 190 delivered. The instructions seem pretty simple. I have the skylon pylon so it has the whole in the top for the pylon. Has anyone on here installed one that might have some tips. I know one of our members did a great write up on one but I can't find the thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some pics after the install. The pics were taken before the final adjustments.

I got the top from Bart's. I know there area some members that have been considering getting a similar top. It was easy to put together and install. The installation hardware was plastic which I didn't care too much for. I figure if they begin to fail I will purchase some stainless steel brackets.
