A few symptoms that maybe you guys can help me with....

I have an 08' Xstar with a new motor. Well the engine was put in last season so I have about 10-20 hrs on it.

Symptom 1: Starter Fuse has blown twice since I have had it. A fuse is easy to replace but is it worth paying someone to find out why that is happening?

Symptom 2 (probably one that scares me the most): I was going full throttle and the engine and everything just cut out. This happened twice yesterday. Now the LED screen will not turn on. Any ideas as to why this happened? And how do you reset the LED screen?

Thanks guys!

Not enough info.

fuses blow due to an overload... that's what they are supposed to do. stereo would be the 1st thing that I'd suspect.

the engine cutting out - what do you mean - completely turn off? snork may be right

Agreed on not enough info.

With this limited amount, I suspect a corroded/loose battery connection. Disconnect (clean with a wire brush) all battery connections including the ground at the block.
