American boat center

We've narrowed the boat search to 2 boats. One is located at American boat center in Knoxville, TN. Has anyone heard of them? Are they a reputable dealer? We're lookin to make a trek in 2 weeks to get it.

ABC is one of the best! They are my local dealer and I've bought several from them. They won one of the top dealer awards last year and are our local market share leaders. Knoxville is the hometown for several boat brands so that's saying a lot. That boat is loaded and has been lift kept so if you get it you'll be happy. You can also get your trailer from them too. Call me biased but they have always done me right. Check out their pro shop too while your there.

The service manager is top rank fella!! I took a 96 prostar there just after I purchased it to have a couple things looked at and he spent nearly an hour with me to teach me things about the boat and matinance things I could perform without spending money. I was very impressed with the whole staff there and I hadn't spent any money with them at the time. They treated me as if I had just bought a new boat from them----Now I try to find reasons to go there and buy parts or water accessories whenever I need them. I wouldn't even hesitate to buy a boat from them!! Great place....

I have friends who bought a boat at ABC when they were the nautique dealer. My friends are very pleased with ABC.

Thumbs up for ABC!! I bought my X-15 through Ryan and I buy all my wake gear from their pro shop (even before I owned an MC). ABC is mastercraft's closest dealer... They are only 30 minutes from the factory so they have no choice but to rock it! That 35 is nice!!! I've considered it myself but will be holding off another summer or two before my next purchase.

That is a great looking X-35 but I'm biased as a Tennessee Vol fan. Go Big Orange!

I've known Ryan Jones, head of sales at ABC, for so long it pre-dates my boating obsession so my take is definitely biased.

I have bought 2 boats from ABC: '11 Chaparral 216 and my '12 MC X-30. Both times Ryan and Rob (another MC sales guru) took great care of me and my wife and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. From a sales perspective you can't wrong.

Since you're making a long trek to get the X-35 I'm assuming you won't get it serviced by ABC but in the event you do, you can rest assured it will be well taken care of. Outside of few delays on varying items, Steve and his service guys have been awesome! I have had a ton of questions about my MC (much more complex than my Chap was) and several service tech's have spent hours with me walking through software updates, deconstructing how/where the ballast tanks are located, stereo tips and tricks, etc. Each time I visit with them I learn something new about my X-30.
