My '12 (which had larger tabs than the '11), would do that with only stock ballast filled..... I don't think the stock wave was that good though. With that said, my boat would not do that with all of my PnP filled.

My 10' will kind of do that, but it's not even close to surfable though. To small with no push!

But, I would have to say that wave is pretty small. Sure there is no other ballast other then factory. It would take a lot longer to go from port to starboard waves if you had ballast but you'd have a much nice wave with more ballast and from what I've seen when boats get weighted down surf tabs tend not to work as well.
