Where has everone installed their ws420's

Specifically on the x25

This is where i had it mounted for a few reasons. Mainly the observer can still use the mic to talk to the person in the water.

Yes it does have a bracket.

Does the bracket bolt into the metal plate underneath the drivers panel there then?

I can look how the shop bolted it under there but i'm pretty sure they avoided mounting to the metal plate so the plate can be removed for maintenance if needed. I will take some pics tomorrow for you and post them

Mine is mounted to the metal (under dash) plate. The metal plate pulls down with 4-5 little twist pins, and the extra cabling left for the WS420 lets it drop down with it.

I just opened up my eq box. Theres only one bracket? Did your come with two brackets?

They may just be nestled together. Yes you need two.

I would recommend mounting it to the right side of the steering wheel if possible. I have mine in the center and always hit it with my knee while driving and it drives me crazy.
