Thing looks clean. Some oem decals would make it look mint, IMO. Is it a 'slot? Good luck.

I'm willing to bet that it is a slot. The prop appears to be the acme 13.7x17.5 prop. The boat hull also has the slot pocket under the hull.

Beginning in 1986, and continuing with the '87 - '90 models, all 190 hulls had the slot pocket regardless of the transmission used.
