slogeman, you should advertise it as the "original X-star" since that would draw more attention to it. Post it on Wakeworld, I'm sure it will sell quick.

For $200 you could probably get a local boat shop to shine it up nice or even wet sand it if needed.

The boat has been in the southern sun... a lot.....i admit it may 'look' a bit rough around the edges....but quite frankly when it is in the water you can't see it....and that is where I have had it the most...in the water....I dumped the back seat because you can't get the metal brace plate from the manufacture any more...and it got in the way of the fat sack ...so I have 2 bean bag seats that quite frankly are more comfortable, match the interior and also fit in between the sides and the engine cover when i have the fat sac filled....so I don't lose seating....sorry for the ugly duckling post....

yes the a few x-star's debuted in 1997 and was 205 dd, no tower single sac etc. but most were '98 models

IMO great boat for the price. Not everybody has the time or the care to keep their toys in show room condition. Good luck on the sale!
