That's nice.... But I'm going be bummed to pay $5000.... Instead of fueling my boat for a season or 2

I was choked. Thought it would be a great way to store my surfboards. That price is outrageous.

I really like the bimini sports rack but the price is way to high.

The cost of these new boats (and other options) is ridiculous too, but you have to draw the line somewhere...

Listed price (MSRP) of wake/surf racks was $860...that was painful enough.

$7k for a Z5? That is truly the definition of crazy.

Here's my Z5 on my '14 X46. It's not a power tower though. I think the Z5 was a net difference of $3,000 once you didn't have to buy the factory bimini top. Well worth it IMO.

What's crazy is the upgrade price on the Power Tower 7K! While I had the power tower on my X45 and it was nice it wasn't 7K nice. Another thing is the Z5 is much bigger than the standard top maybe that's why it doesn't work with the PT. it would hit the windshield when folded down, not to mention the big CNC arms to hold it out. The Z5 can be removed in about 30 seconds, just pull four pins. Then pull two levers and fold the tower down, another 30 seconds.

Also, don't forget to powder coat your frame on the Z5 (pic 3 ) The aluminum frame sticks out like a sore thumb against the black.

Good Luck.
