2 people can surf at the same time, one on each side with stock ballast.
Yes counter rotating. Makes docking a breeze and no wash in the surf wake.

Not missing it, Just been at work so havnt been able to post it yet.
Looking at $140K
There are a couple of other 2011's going for 135 but dont have the power tower and the options so its right in the ballpark.
