Custom Fly High Sacs

Looking for some custom bags for the rear compartments of my X25. The X2 sacs at 450 lbs don't quite fill it and sit awkwardly in there. Bet with the right shaped bags that would fit under the flip seats we could squeeze 600+ lbs back there. Anyone know someone that does custom bags. Anyone be interest in a group buy? Make the individual bags cheaper.

I looked into getting a custom sized bag made for my boat. It was so expensive it was unbelievable. Hopefully you can get a better price.

I'm sure there would be other TT'ers that would order some too bringing cost down.

Another option is buying stock bags like 750, reinforcing the engine compartment dividers, and let them fill to occupy whatever space is there. You can calculate approximately how much ballast that would be by measuring the space and calculating the cubic inches. This would be fairly inexpensive relative to custom bags.

Since I'm plumbing them into overflows of the stock system would want something I can fill completely.

I had 750s in my X30 and the filled up completely. I wonder if the lockers are bigger on the X30? I agree that 450s aren't enough, especially for surfing with only a couple people.

The 750's don't fit, the lockers are a bit smaller.

What size are the lockers? Straight line makes 600lb sumo sacs that may work. I was looking for a replacement for my ski locker sac a few years ago. The quote I got was almost $500. You are going to come out much cheaper if you can find a mass produced sac that will work.

Those may work. I'll have to measure the locker next time I'm at dealership.

If my memory serves me correctly, there was room in the back of the X25 for the X2 sac to get wider, taller, and longer. Can anyone put a tape on one for me?
