Navigation lights

I have a leak somewhere in the front of my boat water keeps filling the front compartment where the pump and navigation lights are. All my lights work, but not my nav. lights in the front of the boat. Any suggestions on what I need to do? already tried to reset by button below light switch on dash.

Maybe the bulb is blown. Check for source voltage at the bulb connector, that will tell you real fast what your dealing with.
