Laura, post the before and afters. I can't commit to anything until I am done with my house which will be in about 8 weeks.

Ok Ok here are the before and afters! No judging though....I did have a baby! This is from Insanity and drinking Shakeology once a day! If you haven't heard of it or tried it, you need to. It's a game changer on so many different levels. In 63 days I lost 15 pounds and 10 3/4 inches all together (arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs). It really does work! I have a challenge starting on the 25th of this month for anyone that is interested in joining and then I will start another one in March!!

If anyone wants me to put together a hybrid group we can do that too!

Switch over to Insanity and trust me you won't be bored! So we will shoot for an April group for you! Sound good?

Awww thanks! And I didn't call you fat I was just making a suggestion! (And Johnny totally put me up to it!!)

You should do something! Gus is thinking about it and Johnny already started so y'all could do it together! It helps when someone is going through it with you!! I'd be happy to help!!

Yea, I'm sure Johnny (03 35th) is behind it. I would rather be fat than workout to Richard Simmons videos like him.

Insanity does not require any equipment. It is all done with your own body weight.

P90X requires a pull up bar, and a set of dumbbells or a resistance band.
