on recovery days and on that 1 whole week of recovery, i am hoping to sub in some workouts then recovery after. i have been feeling good and want to keep my momentum up. im hoping i dont crash and burn due to this.
i guess my question is...is it a good idea or should i cut back and take the rest? |

Today was the first day I've missed. I was supposed to leave the house before day light but that got cancelled. Between the sinus infection I've got and my quads aching from the Thursdays and Fridays workout I just stayed in bed. Plan on doing todays workout on Sunday.

start phase 2 tonight. A bit nervous. Wife hurt her back on saturday so not sure what she will do today. SHe is talking about just jogging in place if she can

Today is the First Day of the LAST WEEK of Month One!!!! If you have been falling out and not doing the work outs, commit to getting back on track this week and pushing through!!! If you want results you have to put in the work and you've already come this far! Push hard and get ready for those 30 day pictures and new measurements!!

My schedule is really killing me at the moment. I'm staying true to my diet for the most part. i need to get back to the workouts.

Day 2 of phase 2. Lots of breaks and modifying to make it through.
Tay make time for it. You will see great results. I generally dont get him till 7 or 8 then workout eat dinner shower and bed. Gotta make the time to get the results. Just push play and get it done
