There is something about this thread that bugs me. Can't pin point why but almost seems like a random internet commercial in the middle of this forum.

I am sorry that you feel that way! I am sure that if you took the time to see what these guys are doing and see that as a group they are supporting one another through one of the hardest work outs ever put out there you would understand a bit more. If you have a problem with what I post and when I let everyone know how they can save some money on different programs, or anything that is written to try and help someone through the process then I can't help you there!

I do hope that you and everyone else will see this thread for what it is meant to be and that is support and an opportunity to do something as a group because whether you believe it or not, I believe that it helps to go through it with others that are doing it with you!

Good to see you all sticking with it. I can't commit 6 days otherwise I'd have been in. I have a solid 20lbs I could stand to lose... more power to you all!

Okay, I skipped workout last night for a soccer game. I can hardly walk or sit today. Is this form of physical activity an acceptable replacement for insanity? I could hardly stand when I got home, so jumping around for 40 minutes wouldn't of been possible.
