2014 or 2015 X10 Surf Impressions

I have not been able to find any threads discussing the X10, specifically related to surfing. Does anyone on here have a Gen2 X10? If so, what are your impressions? One of my neighbors went on a test ride with a dealer in Raleigh and they were not able to get the surf wake dialed in. He was bummed and not sold on the boat.

I think the X30 gets the most attention because you get the most boat for your $.

The surf wave before gen 2 was amazing and now it is just at another level on the x10. In fact I find it to be so good that it takes some of the fun out of surfing cause 360s are not any sort of a challenge anymore.

That is one heck of an endorsement. Is the amazing wake happening with stock ballast? I really don't want to deal with fatsac's in the lockers.

On most Sundays, the owner of the local MasterCraft dealership here is taking out an X10 to surf...
