That is an Indmar MCX - 5.7L (350hp/350 cubic inch). They are "stock" engines in MasterCraft boats, but are generally an upgrade or option engine on most models. This one likely a step up from base engine.

Thanks so much for the help. Did a bit of research and it will work for my year boat. Any idea how much It's worth or what I should pay for it. Any advice would be helpful. I don't know the hours yet, but do know its all fresh water usage. THank you

Yes the MCX is a great reliable engine and it was an upgrade over the standard 5.7 predator 310Hp engine

What year and model of a boat is it in? From the picture it looks like a V-drive
