Options for replacing thru-hull prop shaft seal
I want to replace my thru-hull prop shaft seal. How do you folks do this, do you have to buy a whole MasterCraft replacement part? Or can you just buy the internal seal? I've attached a pic of the current fitting (which I've dismantled).
Boat is a 2005 XStar.

I think that's an OJ shaft seal with Mastercraft branding on it. Call OJ. If I'm mistaken I'm sure someone else will be along shortly

You can replace just the seal itself. Contact me for more info.

There you go. That is Eric from OJ Props. If you look around this site you'll see he has a sterling reputation and is a stand up guy. His company is also the vendor that made your shaft seal.
