2005 XStar - steering arm

My steering cable arm (in the engine bay) is damaged, the nuts at either end are damaged and it's not holding any grease. Are these units MasterCraft OEM only, or can you buy replacement ones? I've seen the names Teleflex and Multiflex - but not sure which one it is.
