Rudy's is awesome!
The ones in Albuquerque have the best green chili stew too. They use all the trimmings/shavings from the butcher tables so it's a bbq meat smorgasboard with green chili.

well since we are on the subject has any of you texas guys been to clem mikeska bbq in temple? back many years ago in college i was engaged to his daughter! what in the heck went wrong!

Stanley's!!! Never leave Tyler, TX without trying it. Rudy's is really awesome and my favorite place to go but a Brother In Law from Stanley's is tough to beat.
