Rudy's Country Store & BBQ.......
OMG, you Texas guys are so lucky!!!!
Oklahoma City just opened one, 4 hours away  I went and tried 1/2 pound of their brisket... turned right and ordered 1 1/2 pounds to take home, plus bought a T-Shirt I only buy a restaurant t-shirt for places with great food & service

It's pretty good stuff. Try the potato stuffed with chopped beef next time. Also quite tasty.

I like it. We used to make it a stop on the way back from a day at the lake, but have not been to one in a little while. Their brisket did seem to be a touch on the dry side for me, but pretty good overall.

Rudy’s is pretty good...
For those of you in the DFW area need to try (no particular order): 1. Angelos BBQ – White Settlement Road in Ft. Worth (cash only) 2. Lone Star BBQ in Ft. Worth (Beach Street at Western Center) (my fave) 3. Lakeway BBQ near Lake Lavon 4. And lets not forget Clarks Outpost in Tioga, TX near Lake Ray Roberts
