1/18/13 Update: Framing and roofing complete and working on plumbing.
Just a few photo's of the different sides of the house as we are now done with the framing and roofing and are working on the plumbing which should be done after this weekend. I am trenching in the gasline and electric tomorrow and trenching out the footer drain, then moving on to getting the basement back in shape for concrete (need to cover up the underground plumbing and throw some additional stone in there. After that it is on to some additional backfilling around where the front porch will be!
Gonna be a busy weekend!

HVAC starts on Tuesday along and I believe siding is slated to begin next week sometime. We are meeting with the electrician late next week so we will be reviewing our electric needs throughout the house this week in order to prepare.
Other than that, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are now ordered, we went with Kraftmaid.

Make sure the step flashing kicks out beyond yor exterior finish. You do not want it dumpng behind the siding.

All Plywood construction and the KraftMaid cabinets? 15% upcharge is a no brainer KraftMaid makes a great cabinet, I sell their sister cabinet Merillat Masterpiece, same as KraftMaid but without the retail branding

The house is looking great. You made a great choice with the 12 course basement. It will make it much easier to finish and not make it feel like a cave with low ceilings.

I grew up in Copley and would love to move back to that side of town. It is a great place to live with its access to land, the interstate and CVNP. I'm envious of your situation. Keep up with the pictures.
