prostar 190 rebuild

I have just finished rebuilding a prostar 190 wih a classic look finish. I am new to this forum and have attempted to upload 2 photos. More to come.

floor is a teak 4mm veneer layed in epoxy and


gunwhale detail showing burmese teak inlay and how sides have been built up with polyester filler


bow showing teak burl detail. teak was laid in epoxy, sanded smooth, filled on edges with polyester fillers and sealed, then sprayed with poyurethane clear coat

ash board was covered in tan leather along with steering wheel. new laser cut stainless steel insert were made to replace the flimsy black plastic ones. Gauges were all resprayed. New ignition and push button start was installed.




middle of dash was built up to accommodate a decent waterproof sound system cover. This also allowed the sound system to be lifted out of the way of skis/boards when stowing in the bow compartment.
