Yup!
I had a local shop take out no less than 30 dings from a wicked hail storm (Golf ball size) a few years ago. It was in an Audi TT which I THINK is aluminum - maybe the not?. They had a guy who would come in special for it from out of town.
I think the bill was about 1500? (again it was awhile ago) and I had a 500 deductable 95% satisfied. (At least they didnt total it). 95% of the dents were gone with zero remains (you couldnt even tell; I thought they repainted it). If there is a crease that is quite a bit harder though and less likely to come out clean... 5% of the spots you could tell that there was something done but only someone with OCD would notice. Best of luck! Cj |

I've had bunches of dents done by local PDR guy. Always had absolutely perfect results.

I have had it done and they do a good job. For a while I had the Dent Wizard guy on speed dial with being around baseball fields all the time and dealing with my dealership idiots.
Its a quick fix worth the cost, if they can pull it.

I am a huge fan of paintless dent removal. I have had it done a few times on three different cars. Our local guy charges perhaps $50 for a large single dent like from a shopping cart. I was told for a whole car, he charges something like $40 per panel, but I had our 528i done with three doors, two fenders, and the roof touched up and he only charged $150 for everything. On small dents, you can't even tell. Only on larger dents with creases in the panel is it remotely visible.

I had a Mini Cooper S with a baseball/softball strike to rear hatch - inward baseball size dent on outward corner curve. The auto body place had a dentless specialist come in, it was perfect when they were done for a few hundred bucks.

Anyone ever try the do-it-yourself route with dry ice?

I have heard that the dent will sink back in when the sun heats up the medal if you use dry ice and that is why most body shops will not use it .
