Skin Install Question
Sent my sundeck pads and rear bench to Jim Friant to get new skins made. Just got them back....they look awesome!!!
As part of taking them off of the cushions, there was a layer of thin plastic between the vinyl and the foam....it was almost like saran wrap. When I put the new skins on, what should I use between the foam and vinyl to match this configuration???

The plastic you get from the dry cleaners has about the same consistency.

I used the thinnest drop liners from Home Depot in the paint section. Not as thin as what ETS mentioned but I rarely get clothes cleaned.

Any light weight plastic will work. It's function is to keep the backing of the vinyl from binding on the foam as one slides over the other (which will happen when the skin is pulled tight.)
