I would doubt that they will change existing models. They already have all of the molds, and I don't think they would rework them. I'm sure all new models will have the new style and will gradually replace all of the older models.

I don't know, they have a 21 and 23 and a 24 footer with the "hips". Seems like enough. I can't see them changing the X2 or the 55. 45 has been around for a while and due for an update but maybe they will keep it non hips just to be different the the 30/star.

I think the whole idea is to have an option for everyone depending on what they like. If you like the hips but not the picklefork you can get a 30. If you like the picklefork but don't want hips you can do the 25. If you like both you can get the Xstar. There are obviously other factors but I think they just want to give as many options as possible.
