Jessica Tata left seven children alone in her home day care and went shopping, leaving a pot of oil burning on the stove, when her home day care burned down in February 2011. Four children died in the fire. She has a history of setting fires.
After the fire she fled to Nigeria where she was arrested and taken into custody and returned to the US.

Because the teen trespassed and got around/over security measures, it was called “inadequate security”? So if they had placed a minefield inside of the fence perimeter and the kid was blown to bits, would that be “too much security”? Our country is going down the toilet.
