Zip Sled for Sale
Okay, here's the story. We have been looking for a zip sled to buy for a niece and nephew for Christmas. We found one, and my wife went to pick it up. Long story short, the person had two. We are planning to keep one for the gift and possibly sell the other. At this point, we are going to clean them up and do a little epoxy work to fix a few minor things. Overall, they are both in really good shape, but we are going to get them really looking good before we decide which to keep and which to sell.
Now, here's the thing. These were not cheap. The person selling them knew what she had. We bought them both initially with the idea of keeping the second one. But we already have a couple of Bob Skeds. So my wife agreed that we could sell one of these Blue Admiral Zip Sleds if we could get a really good offer. But I'm not going to worry with price until we get them ready to sell or keep. If you're interested, get in touch with me. Shipping will not be cheap either, but I will work with the buyer to make sure it gets to you in as good of condition as it leaves me. This is an early shot of one of them. ![]()

It's a vintage towable. They haven't made them for years. But they are about the best way I know of to get kids on the water on something they can lie, sit, kneel or stand on and steer.
