Adding another Stereo Remote like 2013's

I have a 2012 X45 and was looking to add another stereo remote by the driver to contol the audio kind of like they did on the 2013's. How would you go about do this?

I have been looking online and Clarion offers a Y adapter to add multiple remotes but I wasnt sure how the Touchscreen was hooked up to control the radio. Does the system already have a Y adapter for what is already there for the remote on the transom and the touchscreen. It seems to be pretty easy to run the cable and add another remote to make it easier for driving. Anyone try this before?

I have a 2010 with two remotes (one on the transom and one at the drivers seat) and connected to the BIG. This was wired by using two Y adapters.
