I agree with this post, love the fall riding. We were out boarding, skating and surfing saturday and sunday, only saw 3 other boats...perfection!

@ Willy...they weren't down my way...I had to run 23 miles Saturday morning (training for an ultra marathon) so didn't get my morning ski run in as usual but when I got down with my road running...the river was still perfect and got my ski run in at 11am...and 1pm...and 3pm...yehaw...

gorgeous... I do the same on the Illinois SW Chicago burbs...no one out... us ski-aholics get to ski / wake unhampered...

it was beautiful at Norris this weekend ... was sad as i tucked away my boat for the season ... time to switch to the hunting season ... here was sunday morning ...

Sweet!
We were on the Delta on Sunday afternoon to an area called Old River. A fair bit of people out but there are just so many places to go. Forced me to go about 1/2 mile farther to my alternate spot for boarding. Air temp was well into the 90's; water temp was 74 - not bad.
