big guy boards

im looking for a big guy board. i ride on a small mid size wake. im looking at the landlock, 5'6 fish, or the broadcast. its going to be a boat board. to teach me and others to surf. so i dont want to spend a super lot of money. or any other boards im over looking. im trying to stay around 300. thanks.

I strongly recommend the Ronix Duke 5'5" board. Very strong board for any size rider.

Is the Red Rocket the same as the Red Woody? Looks like the Red Woody was discontinued.

Length and width are the same. The Rocket has the option for quad fins (comes with two). Other than that, I think they are basically the same. Probably marketing, more than anything. I mean, seriously, calling something a "Woody" invites low-brow humor abound.
