I've seen them before but not on teak and not with the 2 metal strip on top. Is that oem?

As far as i know the boarding ladder is OEM - I am traveling on business but can take pictures of it close up if you want to see more.

MWG is correct - the black things are scuba tank holders.

This boat was equipped with a ton of factory options.
