How to clean Taylor windshield?

Hey. What should I clean the windsheild on my stars and stripes. Also has a sticker on it I would like to get off but I'm afraid to put any solvent stuff on it. Any tips would be appreciated.

I do not use windex direct on the windshield as it will eat the paint on the frame over time. If you use windex spray it on your towel first then apply. Keep the overspray away from painted surfaces.

I hate cleaning windows with newspaper, even though it works.

Found this on the Internet and have been using it ever since. Works great. Boat windows never been cleaner.

Just combine in a spray bottle. Not sure why it has corn starch. Maybe it is a slight abrasive.

1/4 c. rubbing alcohol
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 c. warm water

Water and a soft cloth. The manual on my boats has always said not to use glass cleaner.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

btw guys kind of related but I found that la awesome does a stellar job on the frames. Mines looked like crap for a year trying polish etc. Used this stuff with a wire brush and looks like night/day

Microfiber cloth and water. First time gets the worst off and second time makes the glass really shine. East Texas is correct - my owner's manual says do not use glass cleaner. I think it has to do with the frame more than the glass itself. Also, paper towels may scratch your glass over time, and newspapers as well. I use nothing but microfiber cloth on my boat. Why not?
